HISTORY
Plastech, Inc. is a division of Land-O-Tackle, Inc. a manufacturer of quality tackle and bait accessories for over 50 years. It is from this long history of custom molded lure bodies and tooling that Plastech was formed.
BUILDING
Fifteen years old, 12,000-sq. ft. building was designed and built for injection molding.
MOLDING MACHINES
Arburg and Kawaguchi, 22 to 200 ton clamping force, up to 14 oz. shot capacity. Can run vertical injection for insert molding.
TOOL ROOM EQUIPMENT
Although we subcontract our mold building to local facilities we have the equipment to sufficiently do repairs and mold maintenance in house.

Certified
A full compliment of quality control measuring instruments, which include a 16-inch Scherr Tumicko Comparator, equipped with Mitutoyo calipers with SPC outputs used for XYZ charting. Certification and lot control on all raw materials. We welcome you to visit our facility and our Quality Control Department and review our procedures.
SECONDARY ABILITIES
Coloring, hot stamping, pad printing, sonic welding, tapping, drilling, assembly and packaging. 40 ton punch press for metal inserts, if needed.
MATERIALS
We process a large range of engineered resins, some of which include filled and unfilled nylons, acetals, polycarbonates, and polyesters.
JUST IN TIME DELIVERY
We can offer stocking programs which can alleviate the pre-production set-up costs and expediting problems.
